2. Description of service
TechCert Academy provides independent, instructor-led IT certification exam-preparation training and related informational content. We are a training provider, not a certification body — certifications listed on this site are awarded by their respective vendors (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft, AWS, Cisco), not by TechCert Academy.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to enroll in a paid program. Users under this age may use informational areas of the site only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
4. Enrollment & payment
Program pricing, payment terms, and available payment plans are set out at the point of enrollment and are subject to change without notice until an enrollment agreement is confirmed. Any specific pricing, financing, or voucher-inclusion terms referenced on individual program pages govern that program.
5. No guarantee of exam or employment outcomes
Completing a TechCert Academy program does not guarantee that you will pass any certification exam or obtain employment. Where a specific program offers a retake assurance, that assurance is governed by the eligibility terms stated on that program's page and is a coursework-retake policy, not a guarantee of passing an exam, and is separate from any refund entitlement under our Refund Policy.
6. Intellectual property & trademarks
All course content, site design, and materials created by TechCert Academy are the property of TechCert Academy and may not be copied, redistributed, or resold without permission. Third-party trademarks, certification names, and exam codes referenced on this site (including but not limited to CompTIA®, Microsoft®, AWS®, Cisco®, Google®, Salesforce®, and ServiceNow®) are the property of their respective owners. Reference to these marks is for identification purposes only and does not imply affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse this site, including by attempting unauthorized access, scraping or reproducing site content at scale, or using the site to distribute unlawful, infringing, or harmful material.
